Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable. you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Provide information about products and services, including pricing and availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow communication scripts and procedures when handling different topics.
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Meet performance targets for call handling, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a call center representative.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking in various software applications.
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
