Banking Service Consultant (CSR)
We are seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented, goal-driven Service Consultant (Call Center Agent) to join our Call Center Team.
This role offers a kick-start into the world of banking, where you get to learn about various areas of the bank and how to utilize resources to respond to customers’ inquiries.
You’ll gain a foundational knowledge base to build a successful career in the banking industry.
As a Service Consultant, you are the first line of communication for our internal and external customers. You’ll also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a team who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
You’ll also have the opportunity to earn incentives based on your performance. Great opportunities for career growth! This position is located in the Kamehameha Industrial Center in Kalihi.
Job Details :
- Role : Banking Service Consultant (CSR)
- Duration : 6-month contract to hire
- Growth Opportunities : Our bank offers excellent internal transfer opportunities to various departments for those who aspire to grow within the organization.
- Work Hours : The call center operates 7 days a week from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. You will work split days with one weekend day off.
- Training Period : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM for 3 months.
- Compensation : $20 per hour
- Location : Kalihi area, Honolulu, HI
- Experience : While call center experience is ideal, we also welcome candidates with experience in customer service, retail, sales, and related fields.
