National Sales Manager

Position Summary

Anna Griffin Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented National Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in generating revenue through Key Accounts, overseeing independent Sales Reps, and elevating our Amazon brand store sales. Your primary objective is to maximize the potential of our sales team, formulate strategic sales plans, and effectively execute them to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Spearheading the achievement of growth targets and sales milestones by expertly managing the sales team
  • Crafting and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and solidify its market presence
  • Presenting comprehensive sales, revenue, and expenses reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Overseeing recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Cultivating strong and enduring customer relationships by partnering with clients and discerning their evolving needs
  • Identifying emerging markets, market shifts, and staying abreast of new products and competitive dynamics

Requirements and Skills

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Dedication to continuous education through participation in workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels
  • Proven capability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
