Founded in 1994 by Anna Griffin, the company made its mark on the gift industry by creating custom wedding invitation kits that could be printed at home. The brand offers unique, elegant patterns that are translated across product categories such as invitations, greeting cards, gifts, fabrics, and craft products. All these products have a single purpose — to inspire their user.
We are looking to grow our team by adding a Product Coordinator.
The Product Coordinator assists with the planning and management of the product life cycle of all items from completed design through receipt of goods. Product Coordinator must have strong analytical skills and excellent follow-through. It is their responsibility to assist in managing various projects and deadlines, so strong organizational ability is also necessary.
Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with the following:
· Act as a liaison between overseas vendors and the design department for product sampling and approval.
· Create and manage timelines for production.
· Submit quote requests and negotiate costs.
· Set up new items in ERP and ecommerce systems.
· Oversee factory production and quality control.
· Create feature and benefit comparisons and trends.
· Provide price point and price value comparisons.
· Analyze sales and competitive products.
· Provide market share and item performance reports.
· Manage quality feedback and action plans.
Requirements:
· Must be detail oriented and have excellent analytical ability.
· Must possess great organizational skills.
· Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
· Must be self motivated and work well independently.
· Must have strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
· Bachelor’s degree in related field, required.
· 3-5 years experience in product management, or development of consumer products.
· Knowledge of inventory management, sourcing, overseas production & supply chain.
· Experience in gift, craft or similar industry preferred.
· Competency in the use of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel and Outlook.
The position is based in the Atlanta office.
