The Fleet Lease Account Manager is responsible for organizing all pick-up orders from various sources. The Fleet Lease Account Manager sets up weekly Lease/Bank and Damaged and Disabled Sale on a weekly basis. The Fleet Lease Assistant exhibits superior customer service at all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1. Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
2. Assist customers with questions and/or concerns.
3. Ensure timely, efficient pick-up of all available lease/bank vehicles.
4. Ensure timely, efficient coordination of transport of all qualified lease/bank vehicles to the auction.
5. Ensure timely, efficient and accurate posting of charges applicable to lease/bank vehicles.
6. Ensure all condition reports are properly processed and sent.
7. Ensure that all condition reports are properly processed and sent to lease/bank clients in a timely, efficient manner.
8. Selling of auction services to dealers.
9. Ensure accurate inventory control. Maintain inventory folders to keep the department well organized.
10. Ensure set-up of weekly Lease/Bank and Damaged/Disabled sale.
11. Ensure master run list is run each week and available by noon every Tuesday.
12. Obtain all pertinent floor prices from the various companies be represented.
13. Assist customers with questions and/or concerns.
14. Obtain, organize and file block tickets to match actual sales results.
15. Ensure all printed checks correspond with bills of sales.
16. Ensure all outgoing checks match bills of sales.
17. Ensure sales results are sent as their preferred method to all companies whose vehicles were represented.
18. Ensure proper title documentation is present.
19. Audit all vehicle charges for accuracy prior to sale.
20. Ensure Auction Block Sheet is available for sales representatives with accurate announcements.
21. Ensure disbursement of funds as their preferred method to companies whose vehicles were sold.
22. Work well independently as well as a team player.
23. Assist with ‘if’ bid process to maximize sales result.
24. Assist with month-end reports and audits.
25. Assist and fill in as Upper Block Clerk/ On-line Ringman Clerk as needed. Assist with front counter duties, outside operations and Report Writing when needed.

27. Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management.
28. Performs other duties as necessary.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience required.
Skills: Should be highly organized, self motivated and self disciplined. Highly goal and customer service orientated. Computer proficient. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess a valid driver’s license. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Environment: The environment of the Fleet Lease Assistant involves working outside of the office for the majority of the time. Those working in this position are subject to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, elevated noise levels and at times fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust at times
