What you will be responsible for:
As a marketing representative, you will be hosting morning and afternoon marketing events at strategic locations throughout the greater metro area with a daily objective of meeting and recruiting key individuals to become active and continued participants in our lucrative and rewarding referral program. Follow up is critical to building your network. Therefore, constant communication is key to retaining your active referral sources as well as getting those still on the fence to join our lucrative program. Other responsibilities include:
Daily check-in with your leadership team.
Establishing daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Weekly participation in a national virtual marketing meeting.
Documentation of contacts, follow-ups, and new participants.
Regular outreach via our communication platform.
Retention monitoring.
Serving as liaison between network sources and operations.
Job Type: Full-time, M-F
Pay: $18-$20/hour commission

Experience and requirements
Charisma is the only requirement but having experience in event marketing, food service, bartending, telemarketing, canvassing, and other person-to-person related positions is helpful.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background check.
