Need a FULL TIME (in office) Assistant Manager/ Administrative Assistance. The job involves customer service (answering phone calls and emails), data entry, and some accounting. It is a busy job, so the time flies by.
Requires someone who is able to multitask and work with customer concerns and needs. Computer skills is a must. Prior property management office experience is a plus. The Position is an assistant to the Community Manager of 15 communities.
Work hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
