The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist is a vital role at Screenplay, Overseeing many aspects of the operation.

• Maintaining office files
• Welcoming visitors to Screenplay
• Answering phone calls
• Taking and delivering messages
• Contacting customers to obtain information.
• Assisting Managers with projects
• Problem solving
• Fill in wherever needed

Basic qualifications :

• 3 years related experience
• Reliable & Dependable (shows up on time, works hard, etc....)
• Must have great customer service and computer skills.
• Looking for long term employees (years, not months)
