BUCKED UP is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Orem, UT

Bucked Up is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help provide a wide range of administrative support to the Office Manager. This role is forward-facing and will interact with various people in the organization.

Duties & Responsibilites Include:
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence emails, letters, faxes and forms
  • Order office supplies
  • Book travel arrangements for various staff members
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Order and pick up meals for executives and visitors
  • Manage calendars for Executive staff member(s)
  • Help plan and execute company parties and functions as needed

Other qualifications include:
  • Proven administrative and/or executive assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Self Starter
Additional Information:
  • Pay is $15 - $18 an hour, DOE
  • Full time schedule, onsite in Orem, UT
