aaa pest protection is Hiring an Assistant Office Manager Near Fort Lauderdale, FL

We are a busy pest control office looking for someone who has proven experience in QuickBooks and Accounting.

The ideal candidate would be cross -trained as a customer service agent and assist the Office Manager with tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Perform accounting transactions
  • Compile financial statements
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Qualifications

  • General knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
  • Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is a must
  • Excel
  • Understand how a general ledger works
  • The ability to pay attention to detail
  • Proven knowledge of Quickbooks online

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
