Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory
- Conduct equipment demonstrations & training on all equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales process and customer onboarding
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Experience:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in outside sales or technical sales is preferred
- Ability to source & develop client relationships & referrals.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes
- Able to demonstrate & train customers on all equipment.
