- Provide the full range of HR leadership/expertise and HR Business Partner/HR Generalist support to a union manufacturing plant with a total of around 450 employees
- Key member of the Plant Leadership Team
- Four direct reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 years of HR experience in manufacturing
- Strong union/labor relations experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual
- Bachelor's Degree
