Position Overview: The Regional HR Communications Specialist will play a vital role in supporting HR objectives across multiple locations within the United States. This entry-level position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication abilities, critical thinking skills, and a passion for problem-solving. No degree is required; we are looking for candidates with the right skill set and a desire to grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities: Communication Support:

• Assist in the development and implementation of communication plans to support HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and learning and development.
• Create engaging content for various communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet articles, email updates, presentations, and social media platforms.

Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:

• Collaborate with HR teams and regional leaders to identify communication needs and address challenges proactively.
• Apply critical thinking skills to analyze information and develop creative solutions to communication-related issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with HR business partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communication efforts with organizational goals and values.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders to gather feedback, solicit input, and promote collaboration.

Adaptability and Learning:

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
• Take initiative to learn and grow in the role, seeking opportunities for skill development and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in languages spoken in the region is required. (Portuguese French, Wolof, English)
• No degree is required; we are seeking candidates with the right skill set and a willingness to learn.
