GROWING company is looking for a strategic leader to oversee all aspects of Talent Development and Talent Management for their employees.

SUMMARY:
- Will design, develop, and implement all types of Talent Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, etc. initiatives/programs/processes to meet the company’s current and future talent needs
- Will be a trusted/strategic advisor to company leadership in regard to all aspects of Talent
- Lead a team 

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years of broad and deep HR experience 
- Strong background in Talent Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Succession Planning, etc.
- Leadership experience
- Lots of experience in the hospitality, restaurant, retail, and/or similar industries
- Experience with large scale business transformations 
- Experience utilizing various technologies/systems; experience implementing systems is a plus
- Excellent ability to influence change
