TITLE: Regional HR Manager
INDUSTRY: Hospitality/Restaurants
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience
RELOCATION: Local candidates preferred

GROWING company is rapidly expanding in the Southeastern US and is looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee all aspects of HR and Talent Acquisition to support this growth.

SUMMARY:
- Provides the full range HR support to the company’s current locations in the Southeast as well as support their future growth in the area (this is the largest and fastest growing region for the company)
- Two direct reports
- Can be based out of Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN

REQUIREMENTS:
- Person will work out of their home and must be able to travel up to 75% of the time throughout the Southeastern US
- 8 years of HR experience including broad and deep HR Generalist/HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industry is highly preferred
- Strong background providing HR support to employees in multiple states
