GROWING company is in need of a Payroll Manager who will lead/manage the payroll team to handle all aspects of payroll operations for the company.
SUMMARY: - Lead/manage the payroll team to handle all aspects of payroll operations for the company - Will be heavily involved in implementing the payroll component of a new HRIS system for the company - Stay up to date with payroll regulations and ensure company compliance - Prepare and analyze reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of payroll data
REQUIREMENTS: - 5 years of experience managing payroll for mid-size or larger companies - In-depth knowledge of complex payroll concepts, including prevailing wages, regulations, etc. - Leadership/management experience - Strong background with HRIS systems - Bachelor's degree
