TITLE: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist (hybrid role)
INDUSTRY: Aerospace/Defense
LOCATION: Moorpark, CA
COMPENSATION: $80-110k base plus a bonus 
RELOCATION: Relocation assistance is available

SUMMARY:
- Work closely with business leaders to identify talent needs across the US
- Source top talent and create talent pipelines for current and future company needs using a variety of tools, networks, and methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience 
- Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles at all levels 
- Talent Acquisition experience in the Aerospace or Defense or related industry experience is a plus
- Creative/innovative Talent Acquisition mindset
- Technologically savvy
- Bachelor’s Degree
