To foster our purpose, culture, and growth plans, we're seeking an ambitious, energetic Business Development Manager to join our meme-addicted team.

In this vital position, you will be responsible for:

  • Grow and Develop existing and new client relationships with architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and human resource managers through in-person meetings, phone calls, social media, emails, and industry events.
  • Grow existing relationships by contacting previous customers, attending company-sponsored event marketing events, and referrals.
  • Meet with technical hiring decision-makers and field new client requests for our services.
  • Identify technical managers and HR decision-makers using databases, social media, trade magazines, and networking.
  • Provide feedback to internal management regarding company improvement opportunities through weekly meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or AssociatesDegree in Business, Technical or related degreepreferred
  • Experience selling recruiting or staffing industry services strongly desired
  • Three years' business-to-businessoutsidesales experiencestrongly desired
  • Strong interest in developing new business relationships
  • Must have superior communication abilities and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Self-driven,leadership abilities, self-starter, and positive team player required
  • Purpose-driven career ambitions to positively impact people's lives through business and charity.
