Title : Inside Sales SupportLocation : New York, NYDuration : 6 Months ContractJob Description : Remote PositionReviewing submitted invoice support documents for accuracy.
Processing program invoices for Clean Heat incentive, Weatherization incentives, and overall program implementation, to complete all invoice processing within 15 days of receiving the invoice.
Manage customer eligibility checks.Build and maintain strong communication with various teams to ensure timely processing of invoices,Maintaining, updating and reporting on the invoice trackerTracking and Processing Invoices in DMTS for PaymentSubmitting tickets in DMTS as needed to resolve bugs and process invoicesTechnical SupportUAT testing as needed for Weatherization or new Clean Heat features in DMTSBackend DMTS uploading and submitting DMTS ticketing.
Responding and tracking customers' inquiries submitted via email, interest form or by other means.Adding customer complaints to the escalation tracker for resolution.
