Our client, a leading company in the luxury textile industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist to drive sales activities. This role will be responsible for both inside and outside sales, focusing on building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets

- Manage a portfolio of existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities

- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth order and delivery process

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives

- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the luxury textile or high-end fashion industry

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proactivity, flexibility, and adaptability to change

- Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience in the luxury textile or high-end fashion industry

- Knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production processes

- Established network within the industry
