A well-established NYC-based licensing apparel company seeking Sales Account Assistant to join their team. An opportunity to grow with a strong license company selling Men’s, Boys, Girls, and Juniors Apparel.

Required Job Skills:

· We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years’ experience in the wholesale apparel industry.

· Must be proficient primarily in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

· Must be able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

· Proven capacity to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to multitask and problem solve

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage sales orders, item creation, enter orders.
• Liaisons with design, licensing, and production team to ensure orders are accurate and will be shipped on time
• Run weekly sales report to determine necessary updates in our internal system is pristine and accurate
• Communicate with buyers on all aspects relative to all orders.
• Support the VP, Director, and Account Managers with strategic projects
