We have an exciting opportunity as a Business Development Manager for a long-standing customer that was formed by a team of quality professionals with deep experience in the quality and containment field. *No Relocation candidates - must live in the Northern Indiana/Western Michigan area*

Location: Covering South Bend, Fort Wayne, Angola Indiana up through Kalamazoo, Lansing, MI, Battle Creek, Grand Rapids

• Responsible for selling third-party quality inspection and managed services within a region.
• Tier 1 & 11 Automotive experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Create, develop, and execute a sales plan with specific goals, strategies and action items that fall within the overall company plan.
• Interfacing with prospective and current clients
• Understands and demonstrates competency in all aspects of 3rd party services
• Ability to create reports utilizing Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Must have a solid work history and documented track record of sales success
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to interpret quality control plans and procedures
