As a Business Development Manager, you will create business development strategies that move PPG share and value growth for Auto Parts. The Auto Parts business is a high-growth segment of the Automotive OEM team. If you are an auto industry enthusiast and love developing new business opportunities, this is the role for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accelerate growth of PPG coating sales for Auto Parts Americas, through a combination of securing new product and color design approvals at Automotive OEMs, and opportunity development at all automotive tiers.
Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent Auto Parts at business sector events. Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, our products, and its services.
Develop a pipeline of opportunities across the full Auto Parts technology portfolio, which include all key sub-segments in EV, Ride Performance, Chassis and Structure, Trim, Frame, and Rail, BP&IM, and aligned with regional growth strategy
Intelligence collection on Auto Parts marketing dynamics, customer VOC, competitors moves, new tech trends and business models.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering field. Master's preferred
* 8 years' experience in strategy, business development, or sales, in the Automotive OEM industry
