This role is crucial in driving process improvement initiatives, harmonizing mature processes inherent in the USA, and supporting our expansion in the European marketplace. Responsibilities:

- Lead a small team in harmonizing and optimizing mature processes inherent in the USA.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to drive operational excellence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure interdepartmental coordination and alignment.

- Support the company's expansion in the European marketplace.

- Travel to the United Kingdom office every other month to collaborate with team members.

- Provide exceptional negotiation skills to effectively navigate business challenges.

- Follow up diligently on action items to ensure timely resolution and achievement of objectives.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business operations management or a similar role.
