We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule sales appointments
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Communicate scheduling updates to customers and team members
• Perform all other office tasks
• Making outbound calls to potential clients

Qualifications:

• Experience with Google workspace
• Previous experience in customer service and administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
