Wellness Administrative Manager Job Summary:The Wellness Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing, supporting, and managing wellness programs within the club. This role involves developing and implementing initiatives to promote employee well-being, managing budgets, collaborating with various departments, and evaluating the effectiveness of all wellness programming. Additionally, the wellness administrative manager will serve as a liaison between the department and HR. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to analyze data and measure the impact of wellness initiatives on employee and member satisfaction.
