Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Maintain employee records and handle HR-related tasks
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate office activities and schedules
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
-Prossecing of final monthly reports.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role for at least 3 years
-Punctuality.
-English and Spanish fluent.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Experience in team management and supervision
- Familiarity with human resources practices
- Previous experience in medical office management is a plus
