Property & Casualty Insurance experience REQUIRED.

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. If you are a proactive and motivated individual with excellent leadership abilities, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the insurance office, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
  • Oversee office procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with insurance agents and other team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records, including client information, policy details, and financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the agency remains competitive and compliant.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Active P&C insurance license required.
  • Previous experience in office management or administrative roles preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
