Job Description:

XSY LED Lighting, a leading manufacturer in the LED lighting industry, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. Our Account Managers play a vital role in assisting clients to choose among energy-saving options within the emerging LED technology as well as traditional light sources. They focus on servicing and developing relationships with current clients and identifying opportunities with new customers.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for OEM customers, importers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Recommend products for commercial and residential lighting projects, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Respond to orders and quotation requests promptly and accurately.

Coordinate shipment arrangements from the local warehouse to ensure timely delivery.

Establish and maintain high-quality professional relationships with current customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills/Qualifications:

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and read, is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey product benefits and close sales.

Passion for sales and a strong determination to succeed in a competitive industry.

Exceptional multitasking abilities and superb telephone etiquette.

Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with good communication skills.

Proficient in PC and MS Office applications.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Sales or customer service experience in the lighting industry is a plus but not necessary.

Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year.

Full-time position with regular hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
