Wisemen Multimedia is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Norcross, GA
The ideal candidate will have at least journeyman-level experience providing administrative/secretarial support to executive-level staff members. We are looking to hire 2 people. Successful candidates will be assigned to either the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Your mission will be to reduce the burden of their daily operations by handling all the day-to-day tasks so they can focus on what they do best. This includes but is not limited to picking up and handling the mail, fielding phone calls, managing their calendars, setting up travel, accommodations, travel security, coordinating the auto fleet, attending meetings to take notes, researching issues, getting meals, shopping, keeping their offices organized, scheduling meetings, greeting in-office guests, and other tasks that may be needed. Must be able to use Microsoft products and be extremely skilled at note-taking. Must be able to pass a background check, including employment verification and criminal check. Requirements and Skills: High School diploma Experience as an administrative assistant or secretary is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
