Job Description/Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities will be the day to day administrative support functions required by the COO as well as the day to day customer service functions.
Organizational Skills: Provide weekly reports that include analytical data, create operational procedural documents and forms. Keep detailed customer files. Organize and maintain electronic product labeling files.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to relate to customer (retail, WHS, DIS) in a professional and courteous manner (through phone conversations and email), troubleshoot and resolve customer related problems, expediting corrects or adjustments and following up to ensure resolution. Responsible for processing orders received via e-commerce sites.
Monitor and order supplies as needed; researching and comparison shopping when necessary. May run errands.
Provide support to production and marketing as needed.
Quick to learn products and able to recommend and provide guidance to customers specific needs and build relationships. Will monitor, manage, and analyze customer posted reviews.
Microsoft Office: with focus on Excel, Word and be able to learn and move between multiple software platforms.
