TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant on behalf of their client located in Norcross, GA.Position: Administrative Assistant (Longterm Contract to Hire) Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Pay: $20-25/hr. (based on experience) Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Front desk duties will include, answering phones, transferring calls, greeting external visitors, email & IM communication.
Support the marketing and finance group with projects and requests as needed.
Print and bind/laminate training materials.
Order lunch for training and/or meetings; make dinner reservations and prepare snacks basket for training/meetings.
Ship marketing materials via FedEx to employees and/or events or shows.
Receive orders from Uline, Staples, Costco, etc. and put them away.
Answer phones, direct calls, and greet office visitors.
Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, laminating, preparing reports.
Create and modify documents as requested using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Sort daily mail.
Maintain copiers, postage meter, and breakroom equipment.
Maintain coffee service supplies.
Support marketing with roadshow preparation.
Mail monthly customer statements.
Make hotel, vehicle rental, flight, and limo reservations.
Prior experience in an Admin Assistant position or related.
Adept with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess basic computer skills.
Dress code: Business casual, Jeans on Friday with a nice shirt.
