Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing them with accurate and relevant information
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, employing effective problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Track and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
