About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join Small Business Digital’s Portfolio Management team. 

Small Business Digital is responsible for the digital experiences that support the application, onboarding and servicing journeys for Small Business customers and products. Small Business Digital is seeking to evolve and implement digital capabilities that will transform and deliver the best digital experience for our customers.

This individual will help support Small Business Digital Product teams through tracking and reporting on initiative and overall roadmap status, owning executive-level business updates, and facilitating various team and governance routines. This includes collaboration primarily with our Small Business Digital Product Leaders and Managers and partners across Consumer Digital, the Line of Business, Technology and Finance. 

In this role, you will:

• Act as an advisor to senior leadership to drive consistent information and effective messaging on the Small Business Digital portfolio and its performance to key stakeholders and senior management
• Lead team meetings or cross-functional meetings to facilitate decision making and support implementation of the portfolio
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of digital product management or related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
• Experience with digital product management in the financial services industry

Pay range for San Francisco, CA and New York, NY

$126,400.00 - $287,600.00
