About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to join the Business Resiliency team within the Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) line of business.
In this role you will be a strategic risk management partner and will lead and manage the day-to-day policy requirements and implement the Business Continuity and Resiliency Plans (BCP), including business continuity preparedness as well as execution during the time of need. You will also partner with stakeholders (including other Resiliency Officers, Functional Managers, and line of business partners) to complete activities. This position is a visible role that must work well with problem solving and a wide variety of responsibilities in a quickly evolving, rapid-paced environment. Superior relationship building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization is imperative, along with a strong bias toward execution and getting things done.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Independently resolve complex issues
Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
Required Qualifications:
4 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with business continuity planning, covering planning for loss of technology, facilities, workforce, data and other dependencies
Experience managing Business Continuity Plan documents
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
The role requires a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas including in a virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
Knowledge and understanding of finance in banking: regulations, compliance, policies, process, and procedures with a focus on Business Continuity Planning and Risk Management

Pay Range
