We are looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist team member in our Wichita, Kansas office. The Accounts Payable Specialist position requires full cycle bookkeeping experience including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Bank Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, and Financial Statement preparation for multiple sets of properties. Requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and thoroughness. Knowledge, Abilities and Other Qualities • · Strong Data Entry skills· Extensive knowledge of computer software (excel, word, publisher, adobe) · Excellent word processing skills. Ability to use office equipment· Experience using organizational and administrative skills · Ability to use a multi-line phone system· Experience in customer service · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills· Professional appearance.
