Accounting Assistant

Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Clerk will assist our Accounts Payable department will the following:

• Assisting with credit card reconciliation
• Reconciling vendor statements with invoices
• Processing electronic payments
• Uploading Invoices into ERP
• Invoice Entry
• Assist with filing and other compliance items

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401K

Qualifications

• Comfortable using Office suite and quickly learn new software
• Proficient in Excel
• Attention to Detail
• Problem Solving
• Positive attitude in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
