• Supports sales team in receiving, processing, and tracking purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices. Serves as liaison with billing and customer accounts
• Offers excellent service to clients for showroom teams nationwide
• Assists general manager with projects as needed
• Follows up with clients after their preliminary visit to gather info for the Customer Info Form, scheduling future visits, and gathering feedback for customer experience
• Answers phones and greets clients as they enter the showroom
• Coordinates bids, projects, and shipments. Places price quotes and orders
• Maintains order files by mailing sample and catalog requests
• Orders samples from vendors and showroom supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills we are excited about

• You have a strong interest in developing skills in Sales and may have less than one year of customer service or sales experience in a wholesale environment Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual skills are a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, adjust to sudden changes in workflow, and meet demanding deadlines. 
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills to sell products and services. 
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Associate’s degree in business, architecture, interior design or related field preferred.
• May be required to attend on- or off-site training sessions to maintain or increase skills and knowledge.
