Job Summary

FB Doors is seeking strong Customer Service Representatives for various full-time assignments. Positions require previous administrative, customer service, or receptionist experience and must be fluent in English & Spanish.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Take orders over the phone.
• Answer customer questions via email & phone.
• Keep clients updated on the status of projects
• Provide any additional information regarding customers' orders as needed.
• Document all calls.
• Handle Emails as assigned.
• Follow the jobs status.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and be engaged to represent the company.
• Work as a team to meet goals.
• Others Multi-tasking duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Excel (Intermediate or Advanced), Outlook, and Word.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
