Lead, develop and coach a small team of lifecycle marketers into a world-class lifecycle marketing team
Work closely with paid marketing, data , product marketing, B2B marketing, Brand, product, sales and client success teams to align roadmaps and ensure cross functional success
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in lifecycle marketing (strategy, framework, technology, tools, and analytics)

The Role:
This role is highly strategic and impactful as it touches all aspects of Vivian Health’s two-sided marketplace. It is a rare role that entails both Direct to Consumer and B2B aspects of Lifecycle Marketing.
The Sr. Manager or Director of Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of Vivian Health's lifecycle marketing strategy. This includes developing and executing email, SMS, push notification, and other marketing campaigns that engage and retain users throughout their journey on the platform.
The ideal candidate will have an unique blend of customer obsession, strategic thinking, customer lifecycle marketing fundamentals, marketing analytics, and a bias for action to get things done. It’s a plus if the candidate has prior performance marketing and/or brand marketing experience.

The range for this position is $130,000-$200,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
