We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help us win the hearts (and wallets) of companies who want to build confidence in every compensation decision. As an early member of Pave’s marketing team, you’ll build the foundation for how we demonstrate customer value at every stage of the lifecycle, with the ultimate goal of driving revenue. You’ll understand our buyers and their pain points, launch email campaigns that increase time-to-value, and generate revenue through upsell campaigns. Plus, you’ll be working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and designers to make it all happen. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing.
