Description:

As Marketing Manager, you will execute marketing strategies to create awareness, generate leads, and support the company's growth objectives. You will execute marketing initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven campaigns that fuel our sales pipeline and enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation: execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
  • Lead Generation: manage lead generation programs, including linkedin outreach, email marketing, and content marketing, to attract and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Content Development: Support marketing content creation by collaborating with the team to create compelling marketing collateral, such as whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts, to engage target audiences.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, develop a content calendar, and engage with the community to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Digital Advertising: Manage PPC digital advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the adtech industry.
  • Hands-on experience managing and executing paid campaigns - specifically LinkedIn & Google
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation tactics, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
