Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. If you are looking to make a substantial impact and grow with an exciting startup, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Demand Generation: Implement and manage lead generation strategies to create sales opportunities and grow our customer base, working closely with sales to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.
• Website Optimization: Monitor and improve the website's user experience, SEO, and conversion rates in collaboration with the development team.
• Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our presence on various social media platforms, engaging with our audience and cultivating relationships.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute virtual or in-person events such as webinars, trade shows, or networking events.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, designers, or freelancers as needed.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.

• 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including experience in demand generation and copywriting (experience in a startup or SaaS environment is a plus).
• Design experience is a plus, including familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in marketing software tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
• Creative thinking with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media advertising best practices.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
