Responsibilities:
- Sales and Account Management:Identify and engage potential clients within the healthcare industry.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Manage and cultivate a portfolio of healthcare accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Relationship Building:Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, administrators, and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand the specific needs of healthcare clients and tailor solutions accordingly.
Record Keeping and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and areas for improvement.
- Customer Education:Educate healthcare professionals on the value of our services and their potential benefits.
Stay informed about industry regulations and trends to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse account portfolio and prioritize tasks effectively.
