Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated full time Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our team. Responsibilities:

4. Collaboration and Communication:

5. Documentation:

Role Requirements:

1. Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program.

2. Licensing: Valid and active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

3. Experience: Previous experience in home health or a related healthcare setting is preferred.

4. Compassion: Demonstrated empathy, sensitivity, and a patient-centered approach to social work.
