A Travel agent with a unique approach specializing in mentorshipand recruitment of aspiring travel agents. This travel agent isdedicated to fostering the growth of their recruits providingcomprehensive training and support to help them establish an thriveon their own.

Services include marketing strategies clientacquisition sales techniques booking assistance and expert guidancewithin the travel industry.

With a strong commitment to educationand mentorship this travel agent ensures that all the tools andknowledge needed for success are provided to their recruits.

Weprovide all the training and tools necessary for you to besuccessful.

Responsibilities : 1. Recruitment :

1. Recruitment :

Sourceinterview and evaluate potential travel agentcandidates.

Develop and maintain a pool of qualified travel agent candidatesfor current and futureneeds.

2. TalentAttraction :

Create engaging job postings and advertisements to attract travelagents.

Utilize various recruitment channels including online job boardssocial media and industrynetworks.

Build and maintain relationships with travel industry professionalsto tap into referralnetworks.

3. CandidateAssessment :

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to ensurethey meet the companys standards andvalues.

4. Onboarding :

Facilitate the onboarding process for new travel agents ensuringthey are wellprepared to succeed in theirroles.

5. BenefitsCommunication :

Effectively communicate the enticing benefits we offer such asflexible schedules travel discounts IATAN card opportunities CLIAmembership E & O Insurance and certification withsuppliers.

6. Training andDevelopment :

Requirements

Qualifications :

Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment especiallyin the travel industry isadvantageous..

Knowledge of the travel industry including supplier relationshipsIATAN and CLIA is aplus.

Stronginterpersonal and communicationskills.

Selfmotivated proactive andresultsoriented.

Familiarity with online recruiting tools and social mediaplatforms.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within ateam.
