Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, financial management, and human resources.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage and update patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with financial management, including billing, invoicing, and budgeting
- Handle human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations and patient care
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar software to manage patient information and appointments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in financial management principles, including budgeting and billing
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
