Founded in 1998 by the esteemed concert pianist Dr. Jerzy Stryjniak and musicologist Joanna Stryjniak, the school offers a variety of musical training for all ages and levels. Job Opening: Full-Time Office Administrator
Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to support the efficient operation of our music school. This role involves administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, billing, and communicating with instructors. The position requires around 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 1-6 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM. An interim training period will be conducted part-time over the summer, transitioning to full-time in the Fall. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission for enrolling new students.

These hours are our ideal schedule, but we are willing to consider flexibility for the right candidate. If the interim training period is successful, the candidate will be offered a full-time position starting in the Fall.
