Seeking additional office admin assistant/medical assistant for:

• answering phones
• scheduling patients
• patient intake
• eligibility checks
• providing referral scripts
• setting up imaging appointments
• liasoning with billing
• liasoning with referring physicians and attorney offices
• taking payments
• intaking patients
• writing office notes

Must be available in-office Tuesdays and Fridays (Manhattan)

Must be available for remote work Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Hours are flexible, currently around 2-4 days/week, with plans to grow to full-time. Seeking a can-do attitude, will pay for overtime. Spanish speaking is helpful.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:
