Seeking additional office admin assistant/medical assistant for:

• answering phones
• scheduling patients
• patient intake
• eligibility checks
• providing referral scripts
• setting up imaging appointments
• liasoning with billing
• liasoning with referring physicians and attorney offices
• taking payments
• intaking patients
• writing office notes

Must be available in-office (Manhattan) Tuesdays, Fridays and a few Wednesdays per month. Looking for someone to grow with our team who has a can do attitude. Ideal candidate has a flexible schedule as we grow.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Medical office: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Upper East Side, NY (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Upper East Side, NY: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
